With it’s origins in China, it’s uses have ranged from medicine, clothing, war, feed stock, and of course, recreational. Also explored in this documentary is the American relationship with hemp, including it’s ban during the 1920s.

@thetoneranger1 Its good to know like minded people exist its makes you sick when the govt who are in effect drug dealer taking a percent of cigs and booze and these substances cause more damage …..cannabis has never killed anyone and no evidence suggests it damages cell growth in brain actually does opposite and breaks down cancer cells a miracle plant and a pain killer …..the herb of life in the bible iv smoked since 13 and had no problems i love it it connects me to the allmighty

@joshy1ification so true, all drugs are refined from something, even opium, an extraction process in needed to remove it from the opium poppy. Even hash requires no chemicals to make it just water and ice if its bubble hash. If its a plant, God gave it to us to smoke and enjoy life, just like shrooms are here from God to open our minds to the world. It’s only when these sacred substances area abused that they become a problem. Even alcohol is unnatural to a sense. right on, you’ve got it man.
Just a thought…If the gov’t grows it for the purpose of distribution to cancer patients and other medicinal values, but the patients can’t get it when they want it…does that not technically put them into a position of possession and guilty of a federal offense under their own laws??

@GummyBrains Well most would actually follow us if we legalized pot. I mean we are the main reason that cannabis is illegal in the first place, the rest of the world only thought about making it illegal once we did. And that is only because we lied about what the plant actually did. Plus countries where pot is decriminalized or just not a big deal, the people still act the same and the rates of people using pot are about equal to ours. What im trying to say is we would be the EXACT same as now.
